Just a commercial for infrastructure improvement.

Conor isn't worried about spending money in the abstract. He just doesn't like it being spent on something useful. He would prefer our tax dollars be spent on efforts to encourage gay sex among youths in Bangladesh, or the like.

It’s not value added to my day. What I don’t get is people who are pissed off by him spending time watching him and getting more pissed off. It’s should be easy for an adult to just ignore someone who pisses them off.
