You know that they agreed to the deal, but then chose not to ratify it? Like the Iranians, Carney is
playing the midterm election game.
He has until Sept 8th to come around, but more than anything, Canada wants Republicans gone. The Canadians want the Dems in power because they give them everything that they want. Same as Iran...and most everyone else who wants back on the USS Gravy Train.
