about 1/6 toppling the US. If what some of you say is true, 1/6 was the greatest worry the country has ever faced. He really is misguided.

and attempted to “hang Pence and kill Pelosi” was much worse than 9/11 when comes to breaking our democracy. It divided our nation further as an extension of Trumps efforts at a dictatorship.
The great tragedy of 9/11 ended up unifying this country. 1/6 was the actions of our very own president tearing at the heart of our great Republic.
To deny this means you are not an American.

Pearl Harbor - a horrific attack on our military and their families that culminated in thousands upon thousands of deaths
and ushered in the use of atomic age weapons. America turned on its own Japanese citizens putting them in internment camps
where they were tormented, Americans changing who we thought we were as Americans. Then the war and then
the retaliation with two nuclear weapons that annihilated cities of Japan, a horror no nation should ever have to endure.
The AlQueda attacks on the US - where again many Americans were killed, and again another attack on our military this time
the command center, this the WTC's, an American tragedy for sure, the subsequent war in Afghanistan as a retaliation against
the AQ terrorists who had borrowed another countries flag because of a vacuum in leadership allowed them to stage their
grievances for the west there. This a tragedy stretched out for 20 plus years mostly due to politics and stupidity, but a tragedy
none the less. An enormous loss of life.
And now 1/6/21 - a lowly contingent of American lowlifes took the words of DJTrump and attacked the center of democracy in
America, breached its walls to "hang Pence and kill Pelosi" to "Stop the certification of the election" and "get the rightful owner
of the presidency back in office". To stop the certification of the duly elected president from being sworn in. These several thousand
Americans attacked the Capitol Building to take away our government. Neither the AlQueda attacks nor the attack on Pearl Harbor
by the Japanese came even close to breaking our democracy and yet thousands died because of their attacks.
1/6/21 attack - by Americans did come close. This wasn't a one sided attack either. Trump had been seasoning this event for years.
He purposely eroded the confidence in our government to all who would listen for well over 5 years gaining popularity with his opinions and lies
collecting groups of Americans along the way. So this attack didn't happen in a vacuum - it happened in the light of day, every day
and to the humiliation of our nation.
No one is saying 9/11 or Pearl Harbor weren't horrific - in fact, they were the most awful happenings - they created wars, battles where
many died. Those attacks were brought about in far away places, unseen by America, done in secret, sneak attacks that caught us by surprise.
They changed life in America, they changed the world.
1/6/21 happened on the front pages of every news paper for years. It happened in our living rooms, it happened in our everyday lives. That attack
happened in front of us for better than 5 years. We became a divided nation many of us willing to believe the lies and false information given to us
by one Donald J. Trump. 10s of millions of Americans believed what was given to them each day until this one day thousands were asked to
fight back against our Republic and attack the Capitol Building and those inside, to stop our democracy from functioning as it is intended.
After all the backroom dealings didn't work to keep Trump in office, he counted upon the lowlifes in front of him to do his bidding and they did.
Only a few died because of it, but millions of lives are now changed. No country is willing to trust us. Our democracy was saved by a few
who stood in the way of the insurrection and only by some set of lucky breaks did the attackers miss our elected leaders. We were that close
to losing America.
They came within a whisker of crashing our gov't, something the Japanese and AlQueda couldn't do. It was a terrible day, the acting American president
set an attack on his own country through the use of American citizens. It actually happened. That's what makes this America's worst day ever and makes
DJTrump the most dangerous threat to America, EVER.
interfere with the certification of a prez election, while calling to hang the Vice President isn’t an attack on democracy? That speaks for itself in terms of drama. Your leader’s supporters. Own it.
left field. However, to downplay 3000 dead and say it was not as bad as 1/6 is shameful.
on our democracy as a “few nut jobs”. Thousands of people invaded our Capitol to try to interfere with or stop the certification of our presidential election. I personally agree that 9/11 was worse, but that doesn’t excuse what happened that day on 1/6. You are comparing two horribly awful things and asking which is worse.

with guns drawn to protect the lawmakers is no big deal and not an attack on democracy? You think those rioters calling to hang the VP cause he ultimately wouldn’t do your leader’s illegal act isn’t also an attack on democracy? The only reason they didn’t prevent certification that day is the cops were willing to shoot them to stop it.

to try to stop an election certification has a head full of loose bolts.
And if these rioters were so mostly peaceful and harmless, why did even the R nutties scurry away like scared pussies, while the Capitol police had to barricade the HOR chamber with guns drawn to keep them safe? Scared of their own harmless patriots…….bwahahahahaha. Arseholes.

It does however relieve you of having any credibility on just about any topic.
Good job.
threat to the Republic in history.
is the great threat. The guy with the horn on his head was just another of the American gullible who acted at the request of that Orange man.
