Lame duck presidency...
This crap show is going to be the most unproductive presidency of perhaps ever. Biden goes to the hill, meets with the democrat caucus to secure a deal, declares something good is coming before going over seas... and then, it falls apart. I am waiting for Chris, Conor, Jimbo, etc... to explain how the republicans are at fault.

I think he will still get a deal on both bills. We shall see. If he does, your argument
is completely wrong, and agree with him or not, he will have had a legislatively consequential first term
