I trust that no one on this board would support his plan to "veto every single beer."
He's probably just remembering back to the good ole days of his young adulthood, when prohibition was the law of the land.

I like to think that the American people can realize that flag pins are bullshit, and not signs of patriotism.

Both of his arms, and a leg, were broken upon his ejection over Vietnam. Both arms were subsequently broken repeatedly by his captors. They were always left to heal on their own, as he received no treatment. Among the many ways in which he was tortured, his broken arms were hoisted with ropes high behind his back and he was left in the position for hours on end.
He cannot raise his arms above his head, or do simple things like comb his hair.

Not sure if Lance is an Obama supporter or not, but...
the one thing that drives me crazy about Obama and his crew is that they constantly position themselves as being above the "small" politics of old, but I honestly don't see a lot of his supporters following suit. See some of the smack talk that happens on this board as an example.
It's one of the reasons I think Barry's message about being able to change Washington is nothing more than an empty promise.
I wish it weren't, but just because Barry says we should be more civil, doesn't mean anybody going to follow.
