I do not fault Manchin for his position. I do fault him for rescinding on his word re negotiations.
Although Manchin has otherwise earned his reputation as a respected Senator, I do believe he caved, seeking to protect his seat at all costs. West Virginia is tougher landscape for a Democrat.
Nikki Haley has lost my respect. Zero moral and political courage for failure to confront and call out Trump.
