out the folly of Joe Manchin's 'decision'...just great!
One of those tweets zeroes in on the real problem...not one GOP Senator would vote to provide the obvious help that this bill would provide to their constituents...even with the CBO stating...
"CBO estimates that enacting this legislation would result in a net increase in the deficit totaling $367B over the 2022-2031 period, NOT COUNTING ANY ADDITIONAL REVENUE THAT MAY BE GENERATED BY ADDITIONAL FUNDING FOR TAX ENFORCEMENT." (my emphasis added)...that's just $36.7B/yr (w/o added revenue from taxes) out of an annual budget (2020) of $4.79 TRILLION!
Wonder if they carry any debt on their own homes...or buy new cars on credit...it's one thing to have a good credit rating (which the USA does have), but it's another thing to fail to meet real needs under the false banner of frugality...this BBB bill is no threat to U.S. solvency and according to several observers, could reduce overall debt.
tells me that Wall Street doesn’t give a shit about deficits they just want more money printed. Wall St has become socialists like the democrats.
...regardless of which party is in charge...
the several presidencies.
They're just appalled people hold a different belief or point of view."Put it to a vote! Let the republicans go on the record to their constituency!" Do you think people in WVa want a crap bill filled with god knows what that people in San Francisco think is super awesome! At the cost of ten gazillion dollars? I'd be over the moon if my rep told Biden to shove BBB up his wrinkled old ass!

In a largely mocked tweet, The Washington Post’s Jennifer Rubin wrote "If Manchin is no on both BBB and voting, Biden is done. Democracy is hanging by a thread. Hard to think of anyone more destructive."
I don't know how many more threads are holding Democracy up but it has to be running low.

The liberals are such idiots. They believe this inane nonsense. This is the result of poor education.
Undermining Biden helps Trump in 2024. And he is the threat.
Again, I blame a poor educational system that failed to teach critical thinking for this inane stupidity.
First of all, you presume wrongly that by doubling down on bad policy that has made Biden unpopular that it will somehow rescue him this time around.
Liberalism Rule #5 - "What didn't work last time will work next time".
Secondly, Trump did nothing even near the disaster that this bill represents. Not even close. In fact, he had a very positive effect on the economy and on foreign policy (not that you would ever admit it). You personally might lose your mind, but the country would thrive.
Regardless of whether you agree or not, one should never take a guaranteed disaster to avoid a potential one ( and your perceived disaster is merely hyperpartisanism).
Thirdly, have you asked yourself why ii is that you (correctly) presume that the Dems are going to get swept out of office in the midterms and in 2024? Could it be that this administration has been a nightmare of bad policy, disorganization, incompetence, and fascist policies. The people don't want you anymore, AND YOU EVEN KNOW IT.
Fourth...and i saved this one for last because it is going to be the one you actually like the most...........Trump won't be running in 2024. He's too old (though without dementia like Biden). It will be DeSantis. I expect the demonization process to ramp up further against him as this realization dawns on the Left.

oh brother.
>Health Care: after over a decade's experience with the ACA, the majority of Americans support the ACA...even many of those who say they don't, actually do (e.g. Kentucky's "KYnect", which is strongly supported in the state...and endorsed by Mitch McConnell...is 100% ACA)...Oh, and 31 million more Americans now have health care, thanks to the ACA.
>Gov't DayCare: gets Moms back to work, earning money and paying taxes...also, all income segments get to improve their growth potential, not just the wealthiest Americans...virtually all other developed nations offer government assistance for Child Care.
>Gov't Tuition: It works (see link)...also requires promises of aid to be realized.
>Gov't Mandated Energy Consumption:......??????.....lets all wait till Baron has finished creating this fantasy.

Manchin was pretty clear all along about what needed to come out. Pelosi, Schumer, and the merry Progressive Caucus totally ignored him. And Biden did absolutely nothing.
Does he have a right to vote in a way that benefits his state. I guess not.
