How would we be better off if your presidential candidate won in 2020?

Not sure how you can top Biden's performance to date.

Biden was not my 1st choice (or probably even in my top 10), but compare April 6 to Jan 6:

Covid cases and deaths are down significantly, and the vaccine rollout is ahead of the previous admin's schedule. In 3 months, the US is now one of the best countries in the world at addressing Covid instead of one of the worst.

Stock market is way up.

Unemployment is down.

3rd stimulus checks received.

No active coups against our democracy

Still along way to go (and there was no where to go but up after Trump), but hard to statistically argue the country is not headed in the right direction.

Are you kidding, the vaccine is the savior as it was always going to be and we would have it only

because Trump had the moxie to bring public financing to private research. If the government had to do it all we would be waiting for 5 years. Do you really think Biden's tax proposals and fiscal policy will be keeping us moving in the right direction. Everybody loves the immediate satisfaction of cash in the beginning but they cannot pay their credit cards in the long run. Unemployment will be going down only because the lockdowns are being pulled but real jobs are not there yet and without Trump's business sense they might not happen. How can you look at your grandchildren with a smile when they and their children will be screwed? How are we doing with China. And aren't you fearful of inflation and the effect on retirees?

Ae we at 3.5% unemployment with wages going up proportionately for the lower and middle class more than the rich. Remember before the pandemic Americans had felt better about themselves since 1959, granted according to polls but probably no one was afraid to give a straight answer in those polls.

Honest question, why do 50% of republican men say they won't get it?

You think that has anything to do with Trump downplaying the virus?

Per that logic, one could claim that all of the pre-covid economic expansion Trump took credit for also would have happened anyway.

As far as the covid vax, Trump deserves a lot of credit for production, but what counts is getting it people's arms, and Biden improved upon the distribution aspect (or at least outperformed the Trump admin's schedule).

Any product distribution is rougher in the beginning. Trump did the heavy lifting, Biden was rolling
