Since you clearly do not remember everything you've done in your life, you might not remember doing that. And being from Iowa, I would say there are very plausible odds that you did dress up this way one time or another. So then it comes down to whether you could recognize yourself from 25 years ago, done up in blackface or wearing an old fashioned MAGA hat. I'm guessing that's not so easy.

If he had, the candidate would have then been Pence who I would have voted for, and who would have been much better than Hills.

The tape on Orange came out before he was elected. If the tape was so bad, then why was he elected???
Pence would be better on twitter, but I dare say he would have been Bush 2, and I'm sure he would have lost to HRC...and SCOTUS would be driving this country off the cliff faster than Bush or Obama ever were. The bottom line, in my mind, is that as bad as Trump is, I think he is much, much better for the long run health of our country than HRC. HRC would have been applying leaches; Pence would have been praying; at least Trump is administering chemo.

without having taken the same position on Orange after the tape, UNLESS you allow political considerations to enter into the judgment. If you just admit that yeah, I’m partisan, so I gave my guy a pass cause Hillary was worse, fine. But that is a completely partisan calculation.

They say that Obama didn't pardon Jack Johnson because he did not want to give the impression that racism has ended. They always need to point to a victim.
It will of course be hard to win over black votes but if he can snag an extra five or 10% it would be huge.
