How many trials have you been on where cop deliberately kills black suspect?

I guarantee there aren't many because only 15 blacks were killed by white cops last year while

60 whites were. So I am sure a large percentage were justified self defense.

Police excessive force is a problem

The targeting of blacks for it isn’t.

Racial bias in policing: problem.

Excessive force in policing: problem.

Targeting blacks with deadly force: not a problem and the stats bear it out.

In deadly confrontations?

One of the issues with these deadly confrontations is they have been being denied they exist (black people are lying) by white cops and White America for the better part of two centuries.
Now that everyone has access to immediate video recording these confrontations are now available for all to see.

But the issue here is what the article claimed is a cops freedom to exercise lethal force as the only alternative - basically a killing card for those they decide to kill.

Killer cops have a very narrow place in the law where they can be convicted of homicide.

To dispute Stark - Some cops relish the ability to fire their weapons in action. - Rookie Bryan Conroy, over and over asked his senior officers had they ever discharged their weapon
in the line of duty. His colleagues noted, he was obsessed with firing his weapon while on duty - when the time came he shot and killed Ousmane Zongo discharging his weapon
5 times striking Zonga 4 times - twice in the back, twice in his side claiming he had been attacked by the man, not once but twice. Was it a racist killing? I don't know, but he knew
he could shoot his weapon as the USSC had narrowed any path to conviction so much so, he could never be convicted and what an opportunity to do so when know one was looking

No, most cops never want to fire their weapon to just kill and I'm sure they don't wake up thinking - today I'm gonna kill some black or Hispanic today - goody-goody!
But some should never have the ability to be on the police force.

Deadly confrontations white and black ARE a problem, no doubt.

IMHO, police training has overemphasized their when in doubt double tap mentality. That’s with shootings across the board. I don’t think cops are more predisposed to shoot because the subject is black. I think they are predisposed to shoot period, hence my initial admission of an issue with excessive force. Deescalation training is getting better, but it’s not where it should be.

It is a problem and no one has to search for it.

The answer of course is zero because no legit cop starts a shift and says I want to deliberately kill someone today.

He's admitted previously he has a hard time with law enforcement and has an axe to grind.

How many juries have you been on where the cop is accused of killing a black suspect.

So how would you know if that article holds water or not?

Guaranteed it’s zero.
