Schmaltzy and kind of empty, upon reflection.

Other baseball movies from that era were superior.

a huge bonding thing. Still remember fondly doing those things with my pops.

The movie played and tugged well on those emotions.

Spend time with your kids as they won’t always be young. Also do things with your dad as you won’t always have him around.

While not baseball, remember taking pops to the 1988 ND/Miami game. One of the best things I did and one of my best memories.
