“5. The FBI fired Strzok because of his protected political speech under the First Amendment...”
That is both ridiculous and hilarious. Good luck, ex-special agent!

Sounds like criminal indictments likely-thus the attack on the IG&AG. Watch the video segment

OANN, Hannity, Epoch, Limbaugh, and Levin are the only ones covering this. The rest are
whistling past the graveyard.

Strozk ain’t afraid of smacks like you.

Comey (appointed by Obama) and the IG (appointed by Obama) started the investigations into Strozk
and McCabe. The IG recommended criminal charges against Mcabe. This is not a Trump issue, despite them trying to make it one. The fact that the Comey and the IG initiated the investigations into Strozk and McCabe destroys their lawsuit entirely.

You obviously know zero about 1st Amendment retaliation cases.
It matters zero who began an investigation. The issue is WHO took the retaliatory action and WHETHER it was motivated by protected speech.

I see. And they are inviting a Trump DOJ to depose them .... under oath.

Can’t wait. They hid exculpatory evidence on Carter Page to get FISA and also knew Dossierwas false
BaronVonZemo64378 postsAnd they outsourced spying to allied countries to spy and leak on their own president in order to do him political harm. They also ignored efforts by these foreign countries to make DOJ aware after it began to blow up.
All done illegally to attempt a coup on our duly elected president.
And you called these traitors “patriots”. Well, time to pay the price for failing.

Level 6
And the traitors just invited DOJ and Trump to come and get ‘em.
So have it ... on the facts.

Bad eggs lawyering up. Lol. I expected no less from them. They’ll be dismissed eventually
BaronVonZemo64378 postsThese guys committed real crimes. They are treasonous and violated American citizens rights for their own political purposes.
I’m also guessing that the IG report is coming soon since one would expect the timing of such a PR move to at a time proximal to the negative PR of the IG report. You see, it gives radical liberals such as you an excuse to continue your argument for these disgraced IC officials.-

“These guys committed real crimes.” OK, they want to be grilled, under oath, in a courtroom.
Strozk and McCabe fully understand they can be deposed under oath. That goes with the territory when one files a civil suit.
Per your view, that means “these guys who committed real crimes” subject themselves to perjury or confessing to their criminal wrongdoing.
You now have the traitors in checkmate. Strozk and McCabe have rolled out the red carpet so prosecutors can come get them.
Or, .... perhaps Strozk and McCabe know the Fox News/Trump tweets alleging criminal wrongdoing against them is utter nonsense, and hence, they fear nothing. And, they can depose Trump.

You miss the point. They will drop this if it isn’t dismissed first. PR move. Won’t get to trial
BaronVonZemo64378 postsBut in the meantime, the get a counter PR story going.

Their defense lawyers probably have seen the IG report. They know what's coming.
These lawsuits convince me more than ever that they are waging a PR campaign because they know indictments are rolling.
