Comey (appointed by Obama) and the IG (appointed by Obama) started the investigations into Strozk
and McCabe. The IG recommended criminal charges against Mcabe. This is not a Trump issue, despite them trying to make it one. The fact that the Comey and the IG initiated the investigations into Strozk and McCabe destroys their lawsuit entirely.

Strozk and McCabe fully understand they can be deposed under oath. That goes with the territory when one files a civil suit.
Per your view, that means “these guys who committed real crimes” subject themselves to perjury or confessing to their criminal wrongdoing.
You now have the traitors in checkmate. Strozk and McCabe have rolled out the red carpet so prosecutors can come get them.
Or, .... perhaps Strozk and McCabe know the Fox News/Trump tweets alleging criminal wrongdoing against them is utter nonsense, and hence, they fear nothing. And, they can depose Trump.
