Is Vanessa Hauc a US citizen?

Her bio is not easy to find online. Born in Peru, moved to Colombia at age 6. Went to college in Colombia. Went to France for classes, and married a French man. Moved to Vegas for his job. Nothing on the Internet about her becoming a citizen.

But, I guess the Left would want someone who supposedly cannot vote in the US help decide who should be president of the United States.
