It so happens that Obama was already weak (promising flexibility, HRC's reset button, etc.) But Republicans don't usually nominate Russia patsies like the Dems do (here comes Sanders!), so I can see why it might be more important to undermine a GOP candidate than a Dem one, but this Russia collusion hoax has worked out so well (with people like you hoping to weaken the POTUS to Russia's benefit), why would he not do it with all candidate's?
