Kudlow: "The total package here comes to roughly $6 trillion." Jaw-dropping.

Not all stimulus, of course - he said $4 trillion of “federal reserve firepower.”

And boom! Packed churches by Easter.

The $6T headline is misleading. Crazy numbers nonetheless.

It is a good idea to spend in times of crisis...as long as you save in the boom times

I’ve posted on here many times that when the down times come, our deficits will be absolutely terrifying. Didn’t think it would come this fast, or be this terrifying.

The enlightenment for me was when I realized we would never save in the boom times.

No matter who was in charge.

The debt is just like the virus in how we react to it: on a purely partisan basis. Before anyone knows where they stand on the debt, they have to ask who is president. The Libertarian Party are the only ones who are consistent on this, but their candidates strip naked at their conventions, so why even bother discussing them (and I say that as a libertarian...a former Libertarian).

Fatty's claim it was a tax cut for all Americans. Now you say we should not have had that tax cut? LMMFAO.

You obviously have no idea what my views on tax cuts were or are...and I have no confidence that telling you what they are here will penetrate your double-arched brow ridge.
