it is potentially great news. Basically, GB has suddenly revised down their estimates on deaths which means that the experts either markedly misunderstood the transmission mechanisms of the virus, or there are a massive amount of + testing people out there with no symptoms whatsoever.
In either scenario, it is good news because it means that the virus appears to be less lethal (but not to be taken lightly and Trump said this) either way.

I wonder if you actually think that trump didn't get briefed by the doctors before the press conference. in that unbelievable case, let me assure you that he did, and he inferred that as well.
