you have to point out that the person is insane. Having unstable people out on the streets is a real problem and it's being glossed over.
We need more mental institutions, especially in CA

Very few. And even fewer journalism positions.
Many real journalists have to start their own websites. When Google starts pulling its ads from their sites, they will all disappear.
