The Biden Cancer Institute spent 2/3 on salaries and fundraising. Gave out zero grants.
The nonprofit raised and spent $4.8 million over its two years in operation, its 2017 and 2018 tax forms show. Slightly more than $3 million of that amount went to salaries, compensation, and benefits. At the same time, the group spent just $1.7 million on all of its other expenses. A bulk of this cash—$740,000—was poured into conferences, conventions, and meetings. It did not cut a single grant to any other group or foundation during its two-year run.
The Biden Crime Family is going to cash in on Joe if he becomes president like no other family has ever before.

You can take vacations with them covering everything. You can probably buy a lot of stuff with them.
I would even be willing to donate a little to a charity.
Oh, wait...those people who donated to the Biden Foundation probably wouldn't donate to the NedoftheHill Foundation because I'm not a politician, and I have nothing to promise them in return for their payment.

Well, I will hang mine at my foundation's office.
Does it matter if one of the addresses of the NedoftheHill Foundation is my office address...to save money for the Foundation you understand, we might operate it out of the extra bedroom in my house, which is also the home office of Ned Inc.
