Roberts still playing multidimensional legal/political chess
Like I keep saying... he sacrifices a pawn for strategic and PR reasons now and then but he keeps taking the opponents' major pieces off the board. Read his opinions! He's leaving strong precedents buried in these decisions that are undercutting the power of the central government.
