I watched that movie a 100 times. Used it in a Leadership Development Course
When I was at Intel, I taught a “Situational Leadership” course. (Dr. Paul Hersey and Ken Blanchard‘’s model.)
Great examples of a team development (Tuckman’s model: Forming>Norming>Storming>Performing), and how an effective leader adjusts his leadership style based on the readiness level of the followers for the task.
Used it as a case study towards the end of the 2nd day of a two day workshop.
