ICE shoots someone in a car in the middle of the day on a crowded NYC street and this is today's

From what I've heard, ICE used the same (improper) tactic re: Ashlee Good...i.e. officers surrounded
the car...with one of them directly in front of the Driver's side headlight, where ANY movement of the car forward would be taken as an attempt to injure that officer. That practice was specifically banned years ago...but obviously ignored.
Note that all those officers should have seen the 5 yr old in the back seat...but the officer in front (I believe) fired directly into the windshield...but for happenstance, the child was not physically injured...just traumatized for life.
Note that the guidelines for Federal and most State Police Officers is NOT to shoot at a moving vehicle, or one that was stopped and then flees, due to the real possibility of bullets injuring/killing bystanders and/or the vehicle hitting others afterward.
ICE...under Trump...pays no mind to such Reason, and instead fires as many rounds as possible (recall the 10 rounds fired into Alex Pretti's back while lying on the ground...
Let's face it...ICE in Trump's hands, is simply a domestic terror organization meant to instill fear in anyone Trump 'Aims' at.

I've previously posted documentation outlining the training that DHS LEO's are supposed to observe...but fail to exercise...like not standing in front of a suspect's vehicle...which, from reports, is what the ICE officer who ended up shooting the suspect inside the car, did...using that circumstance as supposed justification...just as we saw when Renee Good was unnecessarily killed under very similar conditions.
