I don’t blame this kid for suing.
I also don’t blame ND for continuing the Bengal Bouts.
Perhaps some modifications are in order.

As a Bengal Bouts semifinalist who would have made the finals but for a very bleedy nose, if you
don't know the risks of repeatedly getting punched in the face and head, you probably weren't playing the game with the strongest hand in the first place.
I also recall that they make you sign a waiver to participate, or at least they did 28 years ago.
