Bengal Bouts and the assumption of risk.
I don’t blame this kid for suing.
I also don’t blame ND for continuing the Bengal Bouts.
Perhaps some modifications are in order.

As a Bengal Bouts semifinalist who would have made the finals but for a very bleedy nose, if you
don't know the risks of repeatedly getting punched in the face and head, you probably weren't playing the game with the strongest hand in the first place.
I also recall that they make you sign a waiver to participate, or at least they did 28 years ago.

Impressive. My gf's big brother was a heavyweight BB finalist.
I had a healthy fear of him.
Sorta surprising that it still goes on today, with lawyers and all.

Yeah, it's a throwback for sure. I think the gloves are much bigger and headgear much butter, but
still boxing.

Fantastic! Much respect.

I would expect the waiver has only grown stronger and more expansive over that time…

Every warning on a ketchup bottle is on there because some knucklehead did it.

"May contain tomato products. Do not consume if allergic to ketchup."
But, your Honor, they didn't say anything about "catsup."
Evil preaches tolerance until it is dominant, then it tries to silence good.
