Btw...that's not far from our 'Senior Bar' at the intersection of So. Bend Ave and Hill St...
back in the days of 'Playboy Clubs' we had "Keys" to get in, and FB Team members as "Bouncers"...played a lot of Bridge there.

Good article...wakes up the 'Echos' of "Sweeney's Bar" on North Main Street...which sadly closed
in '76. Used to be THE place to go on St. Paddy's Day...it was so busy, you had to be a 'Regular' to get in...and wear a "Sweeney's License Plate" around your neck to prove it ;-)...(Sniff)...Ah, the Good 'Ole Days...
