the Biden Admin signed off on it...this section summary has to do with Mark H's claim that the Bill allowed 5K undocumented immigrants per day to just enter the country...Not True...so much for the Trope of "Open Borders"...

btw, another part of that Bill was the #1, long time request from the CBP for Drug Control...i.e. High Tech/High Volume Fentanyl/Drug Scanners for the tens of thousands of cars and trucks coming into the U.S. every single day. The 2024 Bill had such Scanners budgeted to meet the CBP's request...have you heard one word from him about them?...
