Scott Galloway and Ben Shapiro debate The American Dream
I like the format, pretty good points made by both.

don't always agree with either but some thoughtful challenge (I think) is healthy
something isn't right...and I sense that Scott is closer to the answer of why that is.
Their discussion on HC reminds me of the book I've recommended here more than once...Steven Brill's "America's Bitter Pill"...and his view is that only Government can fix it...since the U.S. 'Free Market' is bent on Monetizing HC. Btw, don't assume that the solution is Government run with a Single Payer structure...
...as regards how "Free" the market is...I recommend another book...Conservative writer, Sohrab Ahmari's "Tyranny, Inc."...i.e. the weaponization of Law and Politics by the wealthiest among us against the Middle Class...
Going further, wrt the Housing Market, consider how wealthy individuals/funds end up buying big chunks of the housing opportunities and monetizing them to their benefit...not that of the emerging aspirants...again...the only arbiter of this inequity is Government...of All the people.
likely back up their views with facts.
