Massive cash exodus tied to Somali immigrants: Minneapolis airport alone nearly $700 m in last 2 yrs

Large amounts of cash leaving the U.S. were also found in airports of Atlanta, Columbus, Seattle and Dallas in recent years.

80% Somali immigrants are still on welfare (despite having been migrated and settled for decades). So, where are $700 millions cash from? Why did they bypass banking systems to make transfer?

In the best case, assuming all leaving money is legal, why don’t they reinvest the money in America - the country that provided opportunities to make them rich?
