The Great Divider trying to re-cast opposition to extremism as religious prejudice. Typical.

His bragging about “not being from here” in past speech recalling his summer breaks in Saudi Arabia is no clue either.
Nor is his close friendship & pre election run support of Hasan Piker.
What islamophobes!
Or maybe you’re just not very smart.
One of the two.
Not to mention El-Sayed was raised by his father and step mother.
No Ties to al-Qaida
El-Sayed’s parents divorced when he was 3 years old. The Democrat was largely raised in Rochester, Michigan, by his father and stepmother.
The accusation by Republican Mike Rogers is that Abdul El-Sayed’s birth mother, Fatten Elkomy, helped funnel money to a host of terrorist groups while working for a charity in the late 1990s and early 2000s.
Elkomy worked as a nurse in a Kenyan orphanage for the humanitarian aid organization Islamic American Relief Agency (IARA-USA) based in Missouri.
It was an offshoot of the Islamic African Relief Agency based in Sudan. Leaders of the latter group – who were also board members of IARA-USA – were later convicted of violating sanctions by funneling money to Iraq through someone thought to be a terrorist.
Auto-correct changed his name. I decided to leave it.
I suppose the Left could be right, that any criticism of Islamist extremism is criticism of Islam because the two are the same. If so, then it is important that that message get out.
Most on the Right think the two are different, and criticism of one is not criticism of the other.
But, again, if the Left is correct that all Muslims are extremists, and that the Left actually supports extremism, then I hope enough of the electorate hears that message from you and the Left sooner rather than later.
The vast majority of the world's Muslims are just ordinary human beings who happen to follow a primitive religion that helps them cope with the dilemma of being conscious and mortal. But there is a significant percent of this group who genuinely believe in a deity who wants them to convert or kill infidels. It's not a phobia to take precautions around these folks... it's plain and simple stupidity to deny they are a threat.
The terms “Islamophobia” and “homophobia” began as fears of these groups, but now are the equivalent of “anti-Semitism” or “racism” - in other words, they mean prejudice against these groups.
You’re welcome.
Groups have always feared others from other groups since we began walking around the savanna as tribes fighting for territory. Hurling “phobia” labels around has jumped the shark. Using it in a discussion is just laziness.
He's not letting the Islamophobia, racist GOP pundits fools detract him for what's best for the people of Michigan.
Obama helping says otherwise but that’s what we’ll be told on here. Remember, they aren’t really socialists. It’s totally different.
...like Wolverine?
