How come there has been no re-surge in China?

Are they immune? Do they have treatments they have not shared? Was this ChiCom bio-tech Pearl Harbor? I don't believe this... I just want an explanation. The west (including most of Europe) has been devastated. How did China avoid this?

Lack of leadership.

Whether you agree with the Chinese response or not, it has been fast, clear cut and decisive.

Ours has been slow, putrid, inconsistent, and not implemented long enough.

Their scientists are pretty good, believe it or not.
