I wonder if a notice of possible side effects for medications has ever been noted

Or if you suffer from X, Y, or Z speak to your physician first.
Probably not.

Standard guidance should involve minimizing strenuous activity for a few days after.
For a lot of people, that just happens anyway, because the vaccine makes many feel like they have the flu for a couple of days. Others have milder or no side effects.
But younger people are likely to go out and "get after it" right away with sports, training, etc. That can be a bit risky after you've just taken a medical treatment designed to cause and inflammatory response.

Anyone seen Fauci or Brix lately?
Have they been disappeared?

Brix retired to the Brix house. Fauci still behind the podium...but they took away his step stool.

People stopped listening which is a very bad political look-so they changed rules to fit behavior

CDC also changed how they count cases so that they can claim that the cases went down, when really the poll numbers were what went down.

Even Joe Rogan exclaimed "I didn't know that", when told COVID causes 8x the number of myocarditis
cases that mRNA vaccines are associated with...better the sports organization advised athletes of a) the fact just mentioned and b) symptoms to be aware of as well as steps to be taken.
btw, the CDC has a very good webpage on this issue...also, the vast majority of all cases are easily remedied through rest and NSAIDs.
All this has been publicized for months now...why are you and others not aware of it?

if only pfizer and the FDA would immediately release their test materials. Ty, surely you of all pe
ople think those findings should be released immediately and not the 9 months it will now take nor the 75 years originally requested?

Watch the video I posted from a member of the CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization
Practices...btw, he has disagreed with some CDC decisions regarding COVID vaccination recommendations for kids (but not severely)...he is truly a very respected advocate for children's health.
You should also remember that there are literally tens of millions of data points on this subject now, over many months...this issue is very well studied...even if it is exceedingly rare.
-
Level 4
that's all well and good but why not release the materials? Has the FDA ever been wrong? Is a cons

Go to a hospital near you and ask a doctor working in the ICU what he/she thinks about the
value of vaccination against COVID-19...throw in the 'myocarditis' question as well.

This thread is specifically about myocarditis, and I've provided an authoritative response from
a Pediatrician (Dr. Paul Offit) who is on the CDC's Advisory Committee for Immunization Practices...once you've viewed the video, your questions will be answered regarding that topic...assuming you had any real interest in it....not a given.
As to your other question regarding "Release of Data" by the CDC, check out the link I've provided to this post...it doesn't give you the answer you want, because no one yet has resolved the issue...however, I would advise you to read it, if only to note that the very same Dr. Paul Offit raises his voice in support of "transparency" by the CDC...i.e. "Release" any data that should be released.
Hopefully, I've answered your 'Release the data' concern....sure wish a lot of others here would answer my questions...but it is what it is...I'll await your next distraction/deflection...

Myocarditis from COVID-19 vs. mRNA vaccination...8;1...what should a rational person do?
Also, easily treated with rest and NSAIDs (e.g. Advil)...talk to your Pediatrician, or Personal Physician.
-
Level 3
You assumed the vaccines prevent COVID infection in your 8:1 post. Rational but not smart.
Your rational certainly is wrong. You assumed the vaccinated won't get covid infection. The fact more vaccinated get infections and spread infection. If they get covid infection they still risk to get Myocarditis. Such a simple rational, but you still couldn't get it.
-
Level 4
I'll try a different wording..."the chances of getting myocarditis are 8 times greater from a COVID
infection which is now HIGHLY transmissible with the Omicron BA.2 variant, than they are from getting an mRNA vaccination"...AND, as you'll see if you view the video I posted just recently in this thread, this type of "myocarditis" is nothing like the 'Classic' and potentially severe case caused by a viral infection...i.e. the mRNA induced malady is 'short-lived' and typically easily remedied (e.g. NSAIDs and rest).
Let's also not forget that the vaccines provide an increased measure of protection against hospitalization for typical COVID morbidities.
Bottom line...there is no advantage to not getting the vaccine...hopefully, the rational observers will see this...you, however, can carry on with your mis-information campaign, as I know you will.
-
Level 5
let's quit calling it a vaccine because it doesn't provide immunity. It may lessen some effects,
but immunity?
-
Level 6
LOL...let's quit ignoring the primary purpose of vaccines...i.e. keeping people out of hospitals and
morgues...to that end, these vaccines do a fantastic job....you should Google this article from 'Nature'..."COVID vaccine immunity is waning - how much does this matter?"...it explains how cellular immune responses are markedly improved with vaccines...hope that helps...worth the read.

Level 7
the fact the push to have ongoing boosters has gone away tells me all I need to know about the vacci
nes. If they were as instrumental as you believe, we'd all be asked to take them.
-
Level 8
I take it we're done with the "Myocarditis Scare", right?...Result: 'Better to be vaccinated'...
As for boosters, they can only help...they do no harm...and there's no mandate, so relax a little.
What will be the next mis-/dis-information campaign??...we'll just have to wait and see...

There's a life insurer that denied coverage because the vaccine is an experimental medical treatment
and life polices exclude deaths caused by the same.
The little people are the ones who bear the risk.
-
-
Level 3
This warning is accurate. CDC has admitted that myocarditis is a vaccine risk to young people
Two weeks age two high school basketball players collapsed and died in one night and there are numerous reports of soccer players and other athletes collapsing and during games sometimes resulting in death.
-
Level 4
Sadly, this fact bears repeating...COVID-19 causes 8 times more cases of myocarditis than mRNA Vaxes
Any reasonable parent would choose to get their teen vaccinated.
-
Level 5
That is across the entire sample of vaccinated, which has to skew older and includes women.
Should we include men in studies on the risk of breast or ovarian cancer?
There is some research that indicates that males under 40 are at higher risk of developing Myocarditis with mRNA vaccines than CoVid infection.
The risk algebra happens at the individual level, this is why I am against the mandates.
-
Level 6
Watch the doggone video, Cheeks...it's only 4:02 long and covers the entire issue, including gender
and ages...the man is on the CDC Advisory Committee for Immunization Practices...he's a respected Pediatrician dedicated to keeping kids healthy...as a CDC committee member, he has direct access to the Pfizer and Moderna data...hopefully, you're not coming out with a claim that he's lying, or you'd have to take the time to prove such a thing.
It's amazing the lengths people will go to in order to perpetuate a falsehood...not funny.
-
-
-
Level 5
It is in an interesting question of risk, though
Just for fun, let's assume for (for the first time ever) all the info in this thread is accurate - that myocarditis is a real risk of the vaccines, and that covid causes an 8x greater risk of the same condition.
It would not necessarily make sense to vaccinate kids, unless we could be assured that less than 1/8 of the kids would get covid without it.
Sure, these are the kinds of questions the experts in the FDA and elsewhere are looking into, but I think we can get to the bottom of it with the Dunning-Krugers on this here site.
-
Level 6
You're referring to the experts that won't release the data...
And, of course, your assumptions are likely wrong, perhaps tragically.
-
-
Level 5
The question should be: Is the risk of death from the Vaccine higher than that of Covid itself
......and the risk of Covid death for those under 18 is negligible. So why subject them to Vaccine health risks
-
Level 6
Here you go, Cape...only a 4 min video from a Pediatrician and member of the CDC's Advisory
Committee on Immunization Practices...Dr. Paul Offit.
Please share your thoughts after having viewed the video...for me, it's obvious...the "myocarditis" inflammation from an mRNA vaccine shot, or shots, is nothing like a 'Classic' case of viral 'Myocarditis'...very different, and very much less severe for the mRNA situation.
