After Mattis left the administration, he and Coats discussed whether they needed to take "collective action" to speak out publicly against Trump. OK. Until Mattis goes public and corroborates this statement, I'm calling bullshit.

An aide to Mattis released this info? If it's on tape, I'll give it some credence. If Mattis doesn't corroborate this, I'm calling bullshit again.

Can I get some of that White privilege you speak of? I grew up in a South Philly
row home. 6 kids plus my parents in a 3 bedroom house with one bathroom. Father worked 3 jobs to feed us. Dirt poor but happy.
Then I was newly married, moved to Florida unemployed and worked our asses off to build our life. White privilege did nothing for me, hard work did. Same with my kid getting her scholarship to college for softball. Years of sacrifice and practice did that, not privilege.

A small portion of a larger statement taken completely out of context and blown up by the libs. So Chris is correct I suppose - Trump voters will be unmoved by yet another hit job. Those that hate him will always hate him so the so they'll take a small out of context statement to scream yet again the man is evil.
Normals will shrug and worry about the wildfires, the riots (not the libs care about this as Lehigh notes) home schooling kids, trying to do their own jobs, be a good spouse, good parent, getting kids to practices on time, keeping their lawns in decent shape, being a courteous neighbor.
