We all know that proper ventilation prevents cavities. That’s why mouth-breathers always have perfect teeth. It’s just science!

Side note...
If you look at almost all mammal skeletons including those of humans before agriculture, nearly all of them have straight teeth. Now teeth problems, infections and such happened, but was mostly due to injuries and such, most people were born with "good teeth".
