Many protesters wear masks; in Sturgis, very, very few wore masks.
There is a difference but don't let that get in the way of your rage.
The Sturgis rally is largely held outdoors.
So I fail to see the logical difference between a bunch of people, mostly outdoors, not socially distancing, occasionally going indoors whether it's to get a beverage or steal the latest Air Jordans.
Antifa does get a nod for wearing masks though.
All that said having the Sturgis rally was stupid, irresponsible and probably deadly for perhaps a thousand or so people.
Yes, much of it is outdoors with the exception of when it rains, and it did rain in Sturgis this year, but then, a lot of the fun at night happened indoors.
No social distancing and so on. No mask wearers. You get the drift.
Generally speaking, protesters weren't in bars celebrating.
almost 400K getting together in a small town.
