Does "never forget" mean that we pay extra careful attention to intelligence threats?
As horrible as that September day was, it forced the United States to better coordinate our intelligence gathering and intelligence coordination between our agencies.
The Department of Homeland Security was established.
Our sovereignty and democracy are currently under attack by Russian and Chinese bad actors, as we sit 53 days out from the November election.

US Steel building was a possible target.
When we heard the plane went down with no survivors in Shanksville there was no sigh of relief.
They were our brothers and sisters.
I knew 3 people who perished in the WTC
