James is leading Peters for the open US senate seat, and momentum is in James direction as well.
Energy among GOP base is at a frenzy.
Most importantly: Mail in ballot counts to date have GOP actually leading in Michigan which was the opposite of what everyone expected. Conventional wisdom had it that the Dems would have (and need) a big lead going into election day since most R's (80+%) say that they will vote on the day of election while Dems were supposed to have 50% of their vote done by mail in.
Further, in the state of Michigan, the Michigan SCOTUS ruled that only votes that are received before election day will be counted.
Meanwhile, In MN, the senate seat that was supposed to be secure for the Dems is in a neck and neck tie with the GOP challenger, and the state is leaning Trump even before last night's debate.
Further, Biden made such a big gaffe wrt admitting his plans for eliminating fossil fuels at the end of the debate that his handlers held a meeting on the tarmac of Biden"s fossil fuel powered plane with the press at midnight before flying off from the debate. MSM was called to the tarmac so that they could "clarify" that Joe actually meant the opposite of what he said on the air. This was a big boost for Trump in the tight races of PA and OH.
I'll share more if i hear it. This guy knows a lot of what is actually going on.
Biden has lied too much and flip flopped a ton. His energy comments lost him the election in the last debate. His embezzlement has also been revealed . Pennsylvania is won for Trump. Indications Florida is also. I think Trump may put Minnesota and or Wisconsin in the red. This will be the biggest blowout in 50 years for sure.

we simply cannot have a mean tweeter.
I go for long bike rides in the countryside and pay attention to yard signs. Four years ago I was astonished to see so many for Trump and virtually none for Clinton, notwithstanding the polls that had her way up. This year I am seeing a majority for Trump and James but quite a few for Biden and Peters. I suspect that COVID is the difference. Also, even though he is African American, James has not seriously campaigned in Detroit but has concentrated on his outstate base. He's a very straight (military background) personality and stereotypically that does not appeal to our urban community.
Next thing you know, people will think our divides are cultural (urban culture vs. rural/suburban culture) and not racial.
I'm an old white fallen away Catholic guy who grew up out west and my views on east coast politics are... somewhat blindly... distrustful.
