years. He buried a girl alive and should have been out to death long before now.

I think the punishment should exceed the crime after all the victim did not ask to be killed.
Of course the circumstances should be considered and if there is a repentant criminal that should be considered too.

I feel ya, and am not marginalizing your opinion. In this case though? There is some, SOME closure
for the family. I cant imagine what she went through. I have been in and seen some very bad situations but something like this? All over a 5K weed deal gone bad. Let that sink in.

I feel that forgiveness is a better long term approach.

I've long held a similar view, but I hate that prison, albeit rough, is rarely the harsh punishment
people, like this guy, deserve.

I get that but part of the problem these days are some kids my need an good ass
beating. Instead they are coddled and given trophies for showing up to everything. We are currently living with that generation now. See the streets of Portland and Seattle as examples.

I suspect that the "kids" you refer to had no fathers, physically and/or emotionally.
A father brings reality and role modeling into a child's life and fosters his or her separation from psychological merging with the mother. Antifa and BLM kids are mother fixated. brats.

I'm not a Lib so I respect you disagreeing. I am just "an eye for an eye" type of person.
Always have been. This guy took life in a very violent manner and then lived for free on the tax payers dime. I feel people like this should die the way they killed someone.
