Is it possible that some of these people like Newsome are willing to go maskless because they've already received the vaccine? Or are they just dumb?

They expect people to follow their dumbass rules that they themselves don’t follow. And the people keep electing them. I don’t get it.

No masks, no social distancing and singing. But preaching to us about masking up and keeping away from our families. Damn hypocrites and nothing will be made about it and glanced over as “Joe just being Joe”.
