But, a Not Guilty verdict must be unanimous.
This deadlocked result (11-1 in favor of acquittal) is a win for the defense. Highly doubtful Massachusetts retries the defendant.

12 jurors heard the evidence and arguments by counsel. You and jakers did not.
11 of the 12 jurors have a reasonable doubt that the accused acted with criminal intent.

Fine strawman. The juror's holding out is a testament to our justice system, you boob.
Occasionally, the lone juror holds out righteously for the accused. Occasionally, the lone juror holds out righteously for victims and for the people at large.
From what I understand, he had to endure the sort of hormonal, shrieking banshees that you call your party's base. That only adds to his heroism, not to mention his strong stomach.
Your moral deficit is apparent because you understand quite well that this defendant knew right from wrong when murdered those kids. You won't admit that, and you won't admit that 11 jurors are disregarding that, but you know it's true. Your moral deficit is also apparent in that, like your pink banshees, you cannot find time to speak of the horror of the victims in this case.

It's a good litmus test for who you want to dismiss from your life.
If a friend, family member, or acquaintance supports an acquittal for this demon, it's an easy decision to remove them from any part of your life.
