Broken record: I don't get the rejection of DeSantis on the national level. I really don't. All or nearly all of the good Trump policies, while not down with a $5k inflation-spiking giveaways; not down with the Criminal Justice Reform Bill (wokey "Let's release more woman-beaters from prison bill"); no Fauci, none of the time; opposed to the feds controlling offshore drilling and AI over the states; no hesitation in decrying abortion, regardless if it may cost him some support; no hesitation in stating that Social Security must be changed; no squishiness on H-1B visas; no support for encouraging THC abuse, and no claims that firefighters had to pull him away from the rubble after 9/11.
