Alito and Thomas show why SCOTUS need term limits or expand the court

They are nothing but pro Republican justices who have no allegiance to the Constitution unless it benefits Republican politics.

In an eight-page dissent, Justice Samuel A. Alito Jr., joined by Justice Clarence Thomas, wrote that he would have allowed the Trump administration plan to go into effect for the midterms.
