Public libraries as bum shelters.
More blue city degradation. This is happening in libraries all across the country. In my small city, thoroughly blue hometown, this has happened. There was a stabbing. Then, last year, a bum was smoking THC outside the library. The Democrat mayor happened to be walking by and told him to put it out. The bum blew smoke in his face. The mayor punched him, God bless him. Some people at the highest levels (or, lowest, depending on how you look at them) want the decent people to be demoralized and beaten down, left to throw up their hands and say, "What can you do?"
