Honestly, are people just this dumb or do you just not care about the facts because they revealed uncomfortable truths?

Debt: The US debt problem is much worse than Canada's.

US Fed Debt/Capita: $120,000
CDN Fed Debt/Capita: $60,000

Economy: Mark Carney did not destroy the Canadian economy.

Under Justin Trudeau the Canadian economy lagged significantly behind their G7 peers. Carney is introducing dramatic investments in energy, critical minerals and defense that will open up growth and are intended to fix the problems created by Trudeau's failed policies. Even with the significant harm caused by the needless trade war with the US, the Canadian economy continues to grow, albeit not as much as it could if the trade war were resolved to the benefit of both countries. Canadians have bought into the short term pain we may go through to get us to a better place on the other side, with a diversified set of like-minded trading partners.

Immigration: Mark Carney is not letting in unwanted millions.

On the contrary, one of the cornerstones of Carney's first year in office was a 50-70% reduction in the Temporary Foreign Workers and low-wage stream applications. He cut foreign student study permits by 66%. He cut non-permanent residents by over 150K. Because of his cuts to immigration the Canadian population grew by only 190,000 people from July 2025 to July 2026. This is Canada's the lowest population increase in terms of absolute numbers since WW2, and the lowest percentage growth since WW1.

Mark Carney is not a socialist. Mark Carney is widely admired in Canada because he has taken a far left-leaning Liberal Party and yanked it very hard and very quickly to the middle of the political spectrum. This was necessary and long overdue. He has embraced significant chunks of a typical conservative policy program and implemented it. Smart, serious, universally respected. That's Mark Carney. I didn't vote for him but I'm glad he's Canada's Prime Minister. You don't have to like it, but he has risen to this moment.

make Canada a Trans Atlantic junior member of the EU without full privileges.......exactly the thing that they feared from the US in becoming a state right next door(which is irrational because at the end of the day, the US would not want to inherit their debt - being a state should actually be their pipe dream).

He sounds like a perfect Nobel recipient these days. The Globalists love to reward their own. And Carney is a real Greta Thunberg caliber nominee.

It is definitely impossible in US that a person with 3 countries passports can become president.
