not only intended for consumption by Ukrainians and all others in the free world, but also those around Putin, letting them hear clearly what the U.S. and the rest of NATO are seeing as their ultimate objective...and the requirement for restoration of normal relations with Russia...it's really up to them to make this happen...the sooner, the better...for everyone's benefit...
