At this point, with the lessening severity of covid, why would anyone take this vaccine? It did not prevent getting the virus, there is no evidence that it lessened the severity of the virus and clearly there are significant questions as to the side effects -clotting, strokes, heart attacks along with the awful nature in which the clinical trials were conducted....what could possibly motivate anyone to take an initial jab or a follow up jab after what has transpired ?

According to the C.D.C., while that variant surged, those who were boosted were 21 times less likely to die from Covid and seven times less likely to be hospitalized than those who were unvaccinated.
Plenty of dead Americans who opted against being vaccinated.

The vaccines provided complete immunity or lessened the severity in breakthrough cases. Fact.
Fortunately, my family and I have been completely healthy since the pandemic began. If any of us contracted the virus, we were unaware.
I work for myself. I eat what I kill. If I am hospitalized, there is no income.

Not sure what to call you...but those who get an mRNA booster shot DO achieve a significant
degree of immunity from infection by the Omicron variant (tbd on the "BA.2" variant...not yet dominant in the U.S.)...also, the vaccines DO reduce the severity of the disease...see following link...
