The full video is just 15 minutes, but the singular message V.P. Harris delivered was that the U.S. has made the commitment...for the good of all nations that already rely heavily on an orderly "Space Environment" (my term) to never conduct satellite destructive tests, such as those done by Russia and China...that's a significant statement by this administration...which you unfortunately missed...as did the rest of this board's viewers...fear not, though...I've linked the full video...
