Yeah. No doubt he timed all of this right before their earnings announcement to pressure them.
Hard for a board to tell its shareholders they should fight to avoid an amazing offer when you have crappy earnings. Lawyers probably told them that wokism wasn't a legitimate basis to sell their shareholders short.

He's going to have to drain the twitter swamp. That kind of thing is hard to do, as we've seen.
Will be interesting to see if disgruntled employees try to take the company down.
