If the protests turn violent and the Republicans take the House and the Senate, will there be a move to impeach him subject to a violation of:

Title 18 - CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
PART I - CRIMES
CHAPTER 73 - OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE
Sec. 1507 - Picketing or parading

Whoever, with the intent of interfering with, obstructing, or impeding the administration of justice, or with the intent of influencing any judge, juror, witness, or court officer, in the discharge of his duty, pickets or parades in or near a building housing a court of the United States, or in or near a building or residence occupied or used by such judge, juror, witness, or court officer, or with such intent uses any sound-truck or similar device or resorts to any other demonstration in or near any such building or residence, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.

Nothing in this section shall interfere with or prevent the exercise by any court of the United States of its power to punish for contempt.

...you know...worse than Neonazi's, worse than the KKK, worse than The Underground Weathermen, worse than The Black Panthers, even worse than the Hope And Change movement.

And he fanned the flames within hours of the SCOTUS document being leaked. Biden also falsely accused the GOP and SCOTUS justices of coming after gay marriage rights and birth control when in fact Alito's opinion specifically precluded that...he lied....again.
And he did it to inflame the situation. It was a clear battle cry. Seems like he did exactly what they claim Trump did on Jan 6.

But no media outrage here as on 1/6, Will there be a congressional investigation if arrests are made at the justices homes?.The justices, like congress, are actively doing the business of the government as the consider the case before them. The protestors seek to voice their displeasure at the result and seek to change that result
