I ask this because the implication is inherent in this challenge. We should have successful racial discrimination lawsuits left and right. We should have oodles of uninvestigated murders/rapes/armed robberies/carjackings in suburban and rural, majority-white areas. We should have urban, majority-black schools grossly underfunded, compared to majority-white schools. We should have disproportionately small percentages of people of color in higher education.

Why is it that none of these things are true, yet so many in power would have us believe that these things are true?

We have no oppressed groups in our country. I would hope everyone would bristle at the idea of seeing him/herself as a victim.

But keeping beating the race card and the white nationalism bullshit.

Take a look at Baltimore and it’s decades of liberal Democratic leadership. What the fuck have they done for their 80% black population. What has Lori Lightfoot done for Chicago expect turn it into a shithole?

surprised that it would cause resentment among the young affected? And after screwing them for their genetics, why would you call them racist for objecting to unfair treatment? The liberal solution to past inequities is to create inequities in reverse. But two wrongs don't make a right, and it serves to build racial tensions into the future in perpetuity.

Regarding Affirmative Action, when is the goal ever met down the road? Especially when there are institutions who have come to depend on it for their existence and a political party (The Democrat Party) that uses this racial tension as one of its pillars for garnering votes.

Your question should be more clear as most individuals are not personally replaced, but their replacements come from a pool of favored racial/gender backgrounds.

PS - I understand that the media finally got their racist event to work with (while ignoring multiple racist events going in other directions), and I understand also that this guys mental illness is being glossed over for the political points...but this is to be expected when the liberal POTUS of the party that the Main Stream media openly favors and promotes is doing such a horrid job. Attention must be diverted. So, ok...lets talk. His actions were indefensible. Some of it is just moving older and higher paid people out, but there is definitely a trend towards replacing white guys (and older white women) being replaced with minorities.

You can bury incompetents there without much harm to the organization. Once “equity” bleeds into the profit making functions, it’s potentially catastrophic for the business. And that’s a fact.
