I personally do not own a gun and am afraid of them.
I've never "felt" that the 2nd Amendment relates to private use of guns... which is not a legal position.
HOWEVER... I respect those who enjoy gun ownership or feel a need for self protection.
BUT... i suspect that we are drifting toward a more violent and perverse society... which is more than coincidental.
Protests” or the summer of love? We had politicians campaigning to defund Police. People have the right to defend themselves since, in certain states, criminals seem to be protected by local government. The Liberals on here love the criminals.
I am all for owning a gun but people need to properly trained. All the gun control measures that can be put in place will not stop illegal guns from being in the streets. The only people effected by these laws will be law abiding citizens. But the Dems love to punish law abiding citizens and now we have Republicans joining them.
